Last year we asked for any unwanted new and un-used Christmas Presents for Gleny’s raffle stock and it was very sucessful, so please bring them along
Also Jigsaw club back in operation £1.00 to swap/borrow a jigsaw

e back everyone after our summer break.
Firstly a few changes : We are moving to the back room where we will also have access to the small kitchen area. Making the tea and coffee will be much easier so don’t forget to bring your own mug to save using nasty paper ones.
We also want to encourage you all to arrive before 7.30 so we can get started straight away to make the most of our time
On Tuesday we will welcome Joanna from The Cake Box in Station Road
Joanna will be demonstrating and giving us all the chance to make a 3” cake topper. You may want to bring an apron and if anyone has a small marble rolling pin bring that along as well. Once you have completed your topper I am sure you will all want to take it home so we suggest a small box to carry it in.
Greeting Card Competition
You are all invited to join in our competition to make a greetings card.
Any type of card – birthday, Christmas, Easter, general, gets well. We know there are many creative and talented people in our membership, so do please create an entry.
Judging will be on Tuesday 9th September. 3 winners will be going forward to represent Hampton WI at the regional competition – and all entries will be displayed at the regional meeting.
Hampton Summer Funday – Saturday 18th May
From 11.00am
Beveree Stadium, Beaver Close, Off Station Road, Hampton, TW12 2BX.
Hampton WI will have a stand at this event to raise funds needed to provide our members with an great diary of events.
Stall will include a Chocolate and Sweet Tombola, Guess the Bears Birthday and of course we will be selling some delicious homemade cakes.
We encourage our members to bake something for us to sell, these can be dropped of to the stall on the day between 9.30 and 10.30
