Group Walk on Sunday – Why not join us.

Map of Walk 001We have four names (Jacqui, Anne, Linda and Glenys) signed up for the Walk on Sunday 10th May but more are welcome so please come and join us.  We will try to share cars so I suggest meeting at the White House and if you are happy to drive please bring the car and if not needed it can be left in the car park to collect after the walk.

Meet at 10.00am – outside the White House so we can organise car sharing.  The forecast is drier with sunny spells. *

10.45 – Arrive at The Four Horseshoes

Walk – Approx 4.5 miles over heathland through Burrowhill Green and Chobham Common

Finish – At the Four Horseshoes

Rumpy Pumpy

Keen eyed Lesley spotted this advertised in the WI Life.  We didn’t really know what to except from a musical based on the WI campaign for better rights for ‘working girls’. performed at a theatre above a pub in Clapham

But it turned out to be a hoot and at the end of the show we even met the writer, Barbara Jane Mackie.

It’s on for a couple more  nights if you’d like to see for yourself
