We’ve added a new page to the site. Our very own WI-Bay (We-bay)

We are encouraging our members to recycle unwanted items by posting them as either a Selling item or a Wanted item.  All we ask is a for a small donation to the WI funds.  Its up to you if you want to sell or offer your item for free.

How to do it.  Please send an email to jacqui@sproutgardens.co.uk with the details  of the item you are looking for or an item you want to sell and let us know how you would like to be contacted which can be via email or by posting a response on the site. If you have a picture then send that too.

You can see the card making/scarpbooking products and find out about monthly card making classes and can make a FREE card too!

The new exciting 2014 catalogue will be available to browse . There will be a few craft items for sale on first come basis.  Pop along have a cuppa and find out more – there are  no requirement to buy anything.

Lesley, Glenys and Ann braved the burning sun instead of wind & rain at Apps Court Farm!

We raised £110 22p-a lot down on last year, when we raised £167 10p, but well worth the effort & we had fun as well.

Plenty of people-they just didn’t seem to be buying so readily. Ah well!

If anybody has any good ideas for fundraising, please let us know. We have a good balance in the bank for this year, but we do need to raise £800+ every year, to cover our costs as they are at the moment. So far we have made just under £300 at our major fundraising events. We will have to put in a major effort at the Christmas Fair, which is all that is left! Thank you to everybody who kindly sent donations to the stall today & those who helped.
