It’s May already and this month we welcome local business owner Sally Hornsey from Plush Folly for a talk and interactive demonstration on the Changing face of Perfume.  This will be Sally’s second visit to our group, as she was so good we thought we get her back again.

The Magazine Rack

At the suggestion of one of our members we will start a magazine swap.  Please bring along any old magazines that you think another member might like to read.  All magazines left at the end of the evening will be put into the recycling bin in the car park at the end of the meeting

Chicken Cordon Bleu with white wine and tarragon cream
Roast loin of pork, caramelized shallots in balsamic and a pancetta wafer
Pan fried cod with confit of tomato, fennel and lemon crushed potato
Pea and broad bean risotto with chargrilled asparagus and lemon oil

Desserts
Pistachio and olive oil cake with poached apricots, purée and sorbet
Coffee mousse with, raisin purée and brandy snap
Lemon posset with handmade shortbread biscuit
