On Tuesday, we look forward to welcoming Mark Wolfe from the RNLI.
Our nearest lifeboat station is in Teddington, close to the lock. The RNLI operates four lifeboat stations along the tidal reaches of the Thames (Tower, Chiswick, Gravesend and Teddington). 

Manned by volunteers, the RNLI stations operate 24 hours a day!

This month we have a local fitness instructor talking to us about the importance of joint mobility. You don’t need to be an athlete or a regular gym goer to recognise the effects of reduced joint mobility. Things we do every day, from picking up our groceries, to getting in and out of your car or walking up stairs, remind us of the importance of staying mobile as our knees scream at us!

Our speaker will be taking us through a few seated exercises we can do at home to help ourselves.

Please bring your own mug if you can (it helps us reduce the number of disposable cups we send to land fill), and £1 for a raffle ticket.
